Abstract :Yanık sonrası gelişen mentosternal ve torakal kontraktürleri nedeniyle boyun ekstansiyonu çok sınırlı olan ve göğüs duvarı kompliansının azalması nedeniyle düşük tidal volum yüksek soluk frekansı ile intraoperatif ventilasyonu sağlanan pediatrik olgudaki anestezi deneyimimizin paylaşılması amaçlandı.
