Abstract :Aim: In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the perceptions of surgical nurses towards the nursing process. Materials and Methods: The sample of the study consists of 200 nurses from the universe who answered at the level of significance in terms of the data of the research. The data of the study were obtained with the \"Nurse Data Form\" and \"Nursing Diagnosis Perception Scale\" prepared by the researcher according to the literature containing the socio-demographic characteristics of the nurses. Results: At the end of the research, it was determined that there was a significant difference according to age, marital status, educational status, the hospital where the participant worked, the status of receiving education for the nursing process and the state of thinking. Conclusion: The duty of surgical nurses in the in-service training programs, including the subject of the nursing process, is recommended. Increasing the time allotted for the fellowship process in the education curricula while in the education process; every time the process is done the organization of trainings, congresses, seminars on the missing subjects; it is recommended that surgical nurses in the training process be supported to attend these scientific meetings.Keywords : Ameliyathane Hemşiresi, Süreç, Hemşire Algısı
