Abstract :Bu araştırmanın amacı, Azerbaycan üniversitelerinde 2012-2013 yıllarında yüksek lisans programına devam eden öğrencilerin programa ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek, yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin bilgi paylaşımı sağlayan kongre, sempozyum ve benzeri bilimsel toplantılara katılım düzeyini saptamaktır. Ayrıca bu araştırmada, öğrencilerin sosyo-demografik özellikleri, lisans dönemine ait öğretim bilgileri ve genel sorunlarının belirlenmesi de amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada ulaşılan bulgular doğrultusunda öğrencilerin bilimsel hususlara yatkınlık düzeyi betimlenmiş, onların programın gerekliliği, yararları, niteliği ve programda yaşanan sorunlara ilişkin görüşleri değerlendirilmiş ve gerekli öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Anahtar Sözcükler: Azerbaycan, Lisansüstü eğitim, Lisansüstü öğrenci, Araştırma yeterliği, Akademik güdülenme   THE ASSESSMENT OF POST GRADUATE STUDENTS FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF ACADEMIC PROFICIENCY DEGREE IN AZERBAIJAN Abstract The purpose of this reseach is to determine the ideas of the students who continue to the graduate year of 2012-2013 at Azerbaijan Universites, to detect the post graduate students’ attendence by providing congress, symposiums and similar academic meeting in order to share their knowledge. Additionaly, the aim of this reseach is to define the socio-demographic characteristics, the educational informations relavant to the bachelor’s degree and the students’ general problems. Depending on the findings of the study, the level of tendency of the students to the academic matter was described and the necessity, benefits, quality of this program as well as the opinions of the experienced problems were evaluatedand the required suggestions were developed.
