Abstract :The Financial analyses, accurate and comprehensible analysis, take an important place for enterprise should be powerful economic structure. The multivariate analysis ought to be used for the studies; finance structure and finance achievement affected by far too much variable. In this study, the values of 12 number ratios of 14 sectors gotten by finance datum in the manufacturer industry were evaluated by using “Hierarchical Cluster” and “Discriminant Analysis” and the homogeneous groups were formed. As a result, it was make a decision about all sectors discriminated 3 homogenous groups as finance structure. The forest product industry sector was taken place big group, 12 sectors, from the point of the place of employment and firm. The ratios were determined for the better finance tructure.
