Abstract :Turkey is making required reforms for entering The European Union that is one of the most important economical unions worldwide. The economical powers of member countries and other countries their memberships are in progress in this union are dependent on their industrial structures. Forest products industry has an important role in economical structure of Turkey. In this study; production, export and import quantity and values in particleboard sub-sector which has a great portion in forest products industry in Turkey and member countries of European Union were given comparatively as a function of years. Then, it was  tried to reveal the situation of Turkey in foreign trade of particleboard. As a result, it was determined that Turkey took place in ninth place in production and the last places in import and export of particleboard when compared to the member countries of European Union.
