Abstract :Highways cause some ecological and visual issues on natural and cultural environment but also give some opportunity for landscape. The GümüşhaneTrabzon highways which is the study area, has risky regions with respect of traffic safety and natural conservation. The survey area has also recreational opportunities in different elevations. In the study, the natural and cultural landscape entities are examined. Sites need landscape restoration and have landscape opportunities on highways and surroundings are aimed to determine.
