Abstract :I wrote the article to understand the concept of `Gifted Young Scientist Education`. Because there are questions about the scope of JEGYS. The concept of `Gifted Young Scientist Education` should be deeply understood for the problem of which basic perspectives the coverage area will be presented. JEGYS, where you can find preliminary research on the practices of the future education, continues to maintain its privileged position with a brand new concept.
