Abstract :Publishing and entrepreneurial talent is becoming more and more important with the growing market and increasing influence of publishing. There may be some responsibilities on important actors for the development of this talent area. It is necessary to evaluate them in terms of protecting and developing the resource of gifted young scientists. Among the aims and objectives of JEGYS is to be a platform where the education and problems of gifted young scientists are discussed. In this respect, I would like to share this issue with our readers, even if it is short. I hope this issue will be discussed more from the perspective of both supporting gifted young scientists and scientificity.
