Abstract :Lower extremity injuries may occur due to various reasons. The most important two features of injuries of the farm workers are contaminated wounds by soil, fertilizers and plant residues as well as the injury may cause traumatic avulsed flaps. Our patient who had been injured after a tractor accident had contaminated wound in his right leg and the skin over the thigh was avulsed like a flap. Traumatic avulsed flaps should be protected for the wound reconstruction in agricultural injuries, besides secondary wound follow-up is very important after thorough cleansing the wound by antiseptic solutions
