Abstract :Metoklopramid, üst gastrointestinal sistem motilitesini artırmak için kullanılan prokinetik ve antiemetik bir ajandır. Akut kas güçsüzlüğü ise acil serviste sık karşılaşılan nöromüsküler acillerden bir tanesidir ve etyolojisi çeşitlidir. Bizim bu çalışmamızda normal terapötik dozda metoklopramid tedavisi alan ve 12–24 saat içinde alt ekstremitede kas güçsüzlüğü gelişen olgu sunulmuş ve bu ilaca bağlı olası yan etkilerin gözden geçirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
