Abstract :Gluteal bölge delici-kesici alet yaralanmaları çoğu zaman minör nitelikte olup lokal yara bakımı yeterli olmaktadır. Ancak zaman zaman hayatı tehdit eden yaralanmalar da gözlenmektedir. Bu yazıda gluteal bölge alt zondan bıçaklanmaya bağlı yaralanma olgusu sunuldu. Olgunun acil serviste takibi sırasında, abdominal hassasiyet ve taşikardi gelişmesi üzerine yapılan değerlendirmede pelvik peritoneal yaralanma tespit edildi. Bu olgularda pelvik ve intraabdominal yaralanmalar olabileceğinin vurgulanması amaçlandı.
