Abstract :Vücut ağırlığının taşınmasında önemli rolü olan ayak bileğinin bu kompleks fonksiyonlarının yerine getirmesinde karmaşık yapısı önemli rol oynar. Bu olgu sunumunda 35 yaşında ıslak zeminde kayma sonucu ayak bileğinde burkulma şikayeti ile acil servise başvuran erkek olguda tespit edilen kapalı tibiotalar eklem anterior dislokasyonu ile birlikte sindesmoz ayrışması birlikteliği tartışılmıştır.
