Abstract :Primer spontan pnömotoraks genellikle astenik yapılı genç erkeklerde görülen bir durumdur. Bu olguların çoğunda altta yatan bir büllöz akciğer hastalığı bulunmaktadır. Bu yazıda, 24 yaşındaki kadın hastada günlük aktivite sırasında ağır kaldırmaya bağlı oluşan spontan pnömotoraks olgusu sunulmuştur.
