Abstract :Travmatik asfiksi servikofasiyal siyanoz ve ödem, subkonjuktival hemoraji ve peteşiyal hemorajinin yüz, boyun ve göğüs üst kısmında görüldüğü torakoabdominal bölgenin baskı tarzında güce maruz kaldığı nadir görülen bir durumdur. Biz burada başı ve boynu hariç diğer tüm vücudu yaklaşık 30 dk kadar toprak altında kalan olguyu travmatik asfiksi sendromunu gözden geçirmek amacıyla sunmak istedik.
