Abstract :Giriş: Diyabet sıklığı ve prevelansı giderek artan bir hastalıktır. Diyabetin kronik ve akut komplikasyonları morbidite, mortalite ve artmış sağlık harcamalarına neden olmaktadır. Diyabetin önemli bir akut komplikasyonu genellikle ciddi organik asidoz ile ortaya çıkan diyabetik ketoasidozdur. Olgu Sunumu: Vakamızda diyabetik alkaloz ile tanı konan bir diyabetik ketoasidoz vakasını sunuyoruz. Sonuç: Biz bu vaka üzerinden, acil şartlarda miks kan gazı bozukluklarının değerlendirilmesine dikkat çekmeyi amaçladık.
