Abstract :The aim of this study is to examine the views of school administrators on corporate culture. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews for this purpose. The sample of the study consists of 32 school administrators working in pre-school, primary and secondary education levels in official educational institutions located in Sakarya province. The data collected through semi-structured interviews were analyzed using descriptive analysis technique. According to the descriptive analysis approach, the findings are summarized and interpreted according to predetermined themes before the analysis. According to the statements of school administrators who are involved in the study and working in schools, schools are at a moderate level in traditional organizational culture and at a high level in contemporary organizational culture. In addition, the views of administrators in participating schools regarding contemporary and traditional organizational culture do not show significant differences with respect to variables such as seniority and gender. However, statistically significant differences were found in the administrators\\\' opinions on organizational culture according to variables such as the type of school and management, fields, education status, length of service in the same institution, and location of the institutionKeywords : Kurumsal kültür, okul yöneticileri, çağdaş örgüt kültürü, geleneksel örgüt kültürü
