Abstract :Spermatocytic seminom, testiküler kanserlerin %1`inden azını temsil eden farklı bir testiküler germ hücreli neoplazmdır. Klasik seminomla karşılaştırıldığında belirgin klinik ve patolojik özelliklere sahiptir. Spermatocytic seminom tanısı, özellikle yaşlı hastalarda, nadir görülmesi, klinik prezentasyonun olmaması ve morfolojik testiküler lenfoma ve klasik seminom ile ayırıcı tanıda zorluğundan dolayı zordur. Burada literatür bilgileri ışığında bir spermatocytic seminom vakasının klinik prezentasyonu, histopatolojik özellikleri ve prognozunu sunuyoruz.
