Abstract :TIt is seen today that interdisciplinary view of art is the most important need. This can only be reflected in education by understanding its philosophy. In this study, the emergence processes of art inspiration, its basic dynamics, philosophy and their reflection on artistic work and business world are discussed. The elaboration “The role of inspiration and vision in art and business“ shows, that art and business can be inspired by the same principles. On the one hand true mastery lies in the steadfastness of serving and following inspiration. This sight shows the idealistic view, humanity and frugality, leading to processes, that higher sources and values led to soul touching works. On the other hand, in the today more materialistic influenced world, education and studies looks for guidance, effectiveness and a kind of operating manual for the successful creative work. Being still in a phase of education, directed by materialistic influenced systems for more effectiveness, concurrence and “winner mentality“. I have the wish to discuss the chances of changings the topics, to find out wider fields of happiness in arts and business.
