Irak'ta Aşiretler Arası İhtilaflara Yol Açan Olaylarla İlgili Halk Anlatılarının Tespit Edilmesi ve Halk Edebiyatı Çerçevesinde İncelenmesi

Abstract :Öz: Halk edebiyatı ürünlerinin ortak özelliklerinin başında toplumsal hayatı yansıtması ve günümüzde bile üretilmeye devam etmesi yer almaktadır. Halk edebiyatı ürünlerinin metinleri incelenirken, bu metinlerin yaratıldığı kültür ortamlarının özellikleri göz önünde bulundurulması gerekir. Bu çalışmada Türk kültür varlığı açısından çok önemli bir yere sahip olan Irak coğrafyasında aşiretler arası ihtilaflara yol açan olaylarla ilgili halk anlatıları ele alınmış, sözlü kaynaklardan metinleri Arapça olarak derlenmiş ve daha sonra Türkçeye tercüme edilmiştir. Aşiret kavramı hakkında ve bu kavramın tanımlanması üzerinde bilgi verildikten sonra Irak coğrafyasında tespit edilen 30 anlatının içerik ve mahiyeti üzerinde durulmuş, daha sonra anlatılan yapı ve muhteva özellikleri incelenmiş ve tespit edilen 30 anlatı metni Türkçe ile verilmiştir. İncelmenin sonunda genel bir değerlendirme ve varılan sonuçlar sergilenmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Irak, Sözlü Anlatı, Aşiret, Halk edebiyatı    Abstract: One of the most common properties of folk literature productions is that it reflects the social life of communities and produces a new patterns constantly . When we try to study texts of folk literature productions we must consider the cultural environment in which these texts came from . In this study , we tackle the popular folktales among people about the situations that lead to impose fines (fassl ) between clans in Iraq . Folk literature productions in Iraq have an important position for the Turkish cultural presence. Tese literary texts were collected from Arabic oral sources and translated to Turkish language and we gave information about " clan" and explained the meaning of it . Ten , we discussed thirty texts of folktales about the situations that lead to impose fines ( fassl ) between clans, examined and analyzed the formal structure and content of these folktales within the field of folk literature. In the conclusion, we showed and analyzed the results that we have reached in this study . Keywords: Iraq, oral literature, clan, folk literature
