Abstract :Bu çalışmada sivil toplum kavramının tarihi, felsefi ve sosyolojik temelleri ile Türkiye’deki serüveni Osmanlı Devleti’nden başlatılarak, dönemler halinde günümüze değin incelenmiştir. Bu inceleme “eğitim” alanında daha spesifik yapılarak “ESTK” kavramı oluşturulmuş ve çalışma güncel fragman ve olaylarla desteklenmiştir.Seydi Battal BERTLEK
