Abstract :Özet Bu çalışmada, köpek kesici dişlerinde açılan Class V kavitelerinde Chem-Fil II, Chem-FU ve Chelon-Silver cam iyonomer sunanlarının pulpaya etkileri encelen-miştir. Kontrol grubundaki kaviteler çinkooksit öjenol insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Kalzinol); ile doldurulmuştur. Dişler 7, 30, 90 günlük periodlarda incelenmiştir. 7. gün Chem Fil gurubu örneklerinde hafif derecede iltihap hücrelerine rastlanırken diğer bütün cam iyonomer sunanlarının 7., 30. ve 90. gün bulgularında iltihap hücresi ve neknoz görülmemiştir. Bütün cam iyonomer sunanları kontrol grubundan daha fazla pulpa reaksiyonu oluşturmuştur. Anahtar sözcükler: Cam iyonomer simanlan, pulpa, odontoblastlar. Abstract In this study the effects of Chem-Fil II, Chelon-Fil and Che-lon-silver glass ionomer cements on the pulp in Class V cam-ties opened in canine incisors were studied. Cavities in the control group were filled with zinc oxide/eugenol insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Kalzi-nol);. Teeth were examined at 7, 30 and 90 days. In the 7th day Chem-Fil group samples mild inflammatory reaction was seen wheras other glass ionomer cements showed no hif-lammotory reaction nor necrosis in the 7th 30th 90tJi day findings. All glass ionomer cements produced more pulpal reaction that by the control group. Key words: Glass ionomer cements, dental pulp, odontoblasts.
