Abstract :ÖZET Araştırmamızda, süt dişi minesinin beyaz lezyonları tarama elektron mikroskopta insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SEM); incelendi. Çalışmada, aproksimal yüzlerinde beyaz Iezyon bulunan 14 adet süt moları kullanıldı. Lezyon içinden mezio-distal yönde kesit alman dişlerin kesit yüzeyleri ve kesit alınmamış dişlerde lezyonun yüzeyel tabakası SEM`de İncelendi. Kesit yüzeyinde üstte rcmineralize ve onun altında dcmincralize bir sahanın meydana geldiği görüldü. Mine prizmalarının arasında mine yüzeyinden alttaki demineralizc sahaya kadar devam eden kanallar gözlendi. Lezyonun yüzeyel tabakasında remineralizasyon sonucu geniş lıeksagonal mine kristallerinin meydana geldiği görüldü. Anahtar sözcükler: Beyaz lezyon, mine yüzeyi, süt dişi, ultrasirüktür. ABSTRACT In our study, the Two specific layers, the quasi-intact surface layer and the demineralized lesion body were distinquished and structural pathways were noticed from the enamel surface to the subsurface lesion body. New enlarged hexagonal enamel prisms seen to be formed following the destruction of this location were related to the remineralization phenomenon. Key words: Enamel surface, primary molar, white-spot lesion, ultrastructure of the incipient enamel les ions of the primary teeth seen often in Clinics as while spots was investigated. 14 freshly extracted`primary molars with white spot lesions oh the approximal surfaces were sectioned mes iodistally. The surfaces and the depths of the lesions were studied in SEM. ultrastructure.
