Abstract :Özet Norofibromatozis; cafe-au-lait lekeleri, nörofibroma-lar ve iskeletsel değişimler ile karakterize otomozal dominant bir hastalıktır. Yaklaşık 6 aydır damağında bulunan şişlik şikayeti ile kliniğimize müracaat eden 40 yaşındaki bayan hastaya yapılan histopatolojik ve klinik değerlendirmeler sonucunda tip 1 norofibromatozis tanısı konmuştur. Damağındaki kitlenin total eksizyo-nu haricinde hastaya herhangi bir tedavi yapılmamıştır. Anahtar sözcükler: Norofibromatozis Abstract Neurofibromatosis is a hereditary condition characterized by multiple cafe-au-lait spots, neurofibromas and skeletal changes. A Key words: Neurofibromatosis 40 years old woman was referred to the our clinic suffer from a sofi tissue swelling on her palate for six months. After the clinical and hispathological examinati` ons, the diagnosis of neurofibromatosis was confirmed. We have not carried out any treatment to Ihe patient that, ex~ cept total excision of the lesion on palate.
