BAZI KANAL PATLARININ SİTOTOKSİSİTELERİNİN İNCELENMESİ-INVESTIGATION OF CYTOTOXICITY OF SOME ROOT CANAL SEALERS

Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmamızda değişik kanal patlarının insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Sealapex, Grossman, Ketac-Endo, Diaket, CRCS ve AH26); KB hücreleri insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(epidermoîd karsİnom, insan); üzerindeki sitotoksik etkilen SRB testi ile incelenmiştir. Kanal patlan İmalatçının tarifine uygun olarak hazırlanmış ve toz veya krem kısım esas alındığında 25, 250 ve 2500u,g/ml nihai konsantrasyonunda denenmiştir. Diaket haricindeki tüm patların etkisi doz düşürülünce azalmıştır. 2500 ng/ml konsantrasyonunda AH 26 %100, Grossman %95, CRCS %94, Sealapex %83, Diaket %73, ve Ketac Endo %23 oranında toksi-sİte göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak, 2500^g/ml konsantrasyonunda en az toksik patın Ketac-Endo ve en fazla toksik patların AH26, CRCS ve Grossman olduğu görülmektedir. Diğer yandan, konsantrasyon 25\ıg/mVa düşürüldüğü zaman Diaket ve Grossman en fazla sitotoksik bulunmuştur. Anahtar sözcükler: Kanal patı, sitotoksisite. ABSTRACT Cytotoxicity of various root canal sealers insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Sealapex, Grossman, Ketac-Endo, Diaket, CRCS veAH26); in KB cell line insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(human epidermoid carcinoma); was investigated by sulforhodamine B test. Root canal sealers were prepared according to the instructions of the manufacturer and tested at final concentrations of25, 250 ve 2500p%lml with respect to powder or crème part. AU thé root canal sealers other than Diaket inhibited the growth of KB cells in a do-se-depent manner. At 2500[ig/ml, AH 26, Grosman, CRCS, Sealapex, Diaket ve Ketac Endo inhibited the growth by 100%, 95%, 94%, 83%, 73% and 23%, respectively. Conclusively, Ketac Endo was found to be the least toxic root canal sealer, whereas CRCS, AH26 and Grossman seem the most toxic sealers at 2500fig/ml. On the other hand, Diaket and Grossman were the most cytotoxic sealers at 25fig/mi Key words: Root canal sealers, cytotoxicity.
