SÜT DİŞLERİNE UYGULANAN FORMOKREZOL, GLUTARALDEHİT VE MORTAL AMPUTASYON TEKNİKLERİNİN HİSTOPATOLOJİK OLARAK DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ-HISTOPATHOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF FORMOCRESOL, GLUTARALDEHYDE AND MORTAL PULPOTOMY TECHNICS IN PRIMARY TEETH

Abstract :ÖZET Formokrezol, glutaraldehİt vital amputasyon teknikleri ile timollü çinko oksit öjenol patının kullanıldığı mortal amputasyon tekni ği 50 süt azısına uygulandı ve kanal pulpa dokuları nekroz, iltihap, fibrotİk ve kireçli dejenerasyon, tersiyer dentin ve iç rezorpsiyon açısından histolojik olarak değerlendirildi. Formokrezol ve glutaraldehitin kanal pulpalannda progre-siv nekroz oluşturdukları ve nekroze dokuların da giderek fibröz doku ile yer değiştirdikleri gözlendi. Formokrezol ve timollü çinko oksit öjenolun şiddetli ve yaygın iltihap, glutaraldehitin ise hafif ve orta şiddette kısmi iltihap ve daha fazla tersiyer dentîn yapımı oluşturduğu saptandı. Ayrıca formokrezol ve glutaraldehitin osteodentin ve mor renkli kireçlenme odakları şeklinde kireçli dejenerasyon meydana getirdiği belirlendi.   Anahtar sözcükler: Formokrezol, glutaraldehİt, amputasyon. ABSTRACT Formocresol, glutaraldehyde pulpotomy technics and mortal pulpotomy technic followed by zinc oxide-eugenol-tymol base are applied to 50primary molars, and the canal pulps are evaluated histologically according to necrosis, inflammation, calcific and fibrotic degeneration, re-perative dentin and internal resorption It has been observed that progresiv necrosis is formed by formocresol and glutaraldehyde in canal pulps, and the necrotic pulps are replaced, in advance, by fibrotic tissues. It has been obtained that formocresol and zinc oxide-eugenol-tymol base have formed severe and total inflammation, glutaraldehyde has formed mild, partial inflammation and more reperative dentin formation. Also it has been seen that formocresol and glutaraldehyde have caused significant calcific degeneration in the forms of osteodentin and purple staining masses.
