TRIGEMINUS NEVRALJİSİNDE BAKLOFEN`İN (LİORESAL) YERİ-BACLOFEN (LIEROSAL) IN TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA

Abstract :ÖZET Tipik esansiyel trigeminus nevraljisi tanısı konulan 43 hastada insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(32 kadın, 11 erkek); 2 yıl süreyle baklofen insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Lİore-sal); kullanılarak hastaların şikayetleri çift körleme testi uygulanarak gözlendi. Bu hastalarda baklofen ile yapılan tedavilerin.% 73 oranında başarılı olduğu, bu ilacın yan etkilerinin ise öteki kullanılan ilaçlar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(karbamazepîn);a göre daha az olması nedeniyle özellikle hastalığın başlangıcında güvenle kullanılabileceği düşünülmektedir. ABSTRACT Fourty-three patients insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(32 female, 11 male); with a diagnosis of typical trigeminal neuralgia, were given baclofen insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Lioresal); orally for two years and their complains were recorded with a double-blind test. The treatment was successful in the 73 % ofpatiens and as the side effects of the drug were found to be less than the other drugs insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Carbamazepin); used for this purpose, it is considered to be a safe agent in such treatments.
