Kron - Köprü protezlerinin Simantasyonunda Fosfat simanlann canlı diş pulpasına etkisi üzerine araştırmalar

Abstract :ÖZET Araştırmamız, kuron-Köprü sirnantasyonlarında `kul lan ilan Zn fosfat simanların, canlı diş pulpasmda meydana getirdikleri değişiklikleri histolojilk yönden inceleyerek değerlendirmek için yapıldı. Materyel olarak reaksiyon sıcaklıkları yüksek, iki ayrı marka Zn fosfat ve bir germicidal siman kullanıldı. Siman uygulamaları için ortodontik nedenlerle çekilmesi zorunlu, hiçbir patolojik durum göstermeyen 12 diş, üçer dişlik 4 gruba ayrıldı. Dişlerin hepsine de-kortikasyon yapıldı. Ayrıca 2. gruptaki dişlere BLAÛK`in 2. sınıf kavitesi, 3. gruptakiler© BlACK`in 5. sınıf kavitesi, 4, .gruptakilere insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(kontrol grubu); 2. ve 5. sınıf kavite açıldı, 1-3 gruptaki 3 er dişten herbirine markaları farklı olan fosfat simanlardan uygulandı, kontrol grubuna siman uygulanmadı. 30 dakika sonra dişler çekildi ve histolojik preparatlar hazırlandı. Dentindeki kavitenin derinliği` ve genişliği`ne paralel olarak sıcaklığın puipayı daha fazla etkilediği, pulpada aktif hiperemi ve dana ağır durumlarda vakuollerin meydana geldiği görüldü. 1. ve 4. gnuptarda pulpa normal bulundu. Reaksiyon sıcaklıkları hemen eşit sayılabilecek si`maniann pulpadaki etkileri aynı oldu. SUMMARY In this article, effects of Zn phosphate cements used in crown and bridge cementation on vital tooth pulp was examined histologically. Two different types of Zn phosphate and one germicidal cement evalving figh heat during -mixing insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(reaction); were used as research material. 12 teeth which did not show any pathologic disturbance, but to be extracted for orthodontic treatment were chosen. The teeth were divded into 4 groups having 3 teeth each. All the teeth were prepared for crown cementation. In addition to this on second group of teeth BLACK`s No. 2nd cavity, on third groupof teeth BLAOK`s No. 5 th cavity and on fourth groupof teeth insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(control group); BLACK`s No. 2nd and 5 th cavities were prepared. On each of 3 teeth of first and third groups, differenttypes an Zn phosphate cement were applied. There was nothing applied on control group. in 30 minutes following the application, the teeth were extracted and sent to the laboratory for histological examitanion. The heat evolved during the setting reaction of the cements effected the pulp mostly parallel to the length and depth of the cavity on the teeth. Also active hype-remi and In severe cases even vacuolies were seen in the pulp. First and fourth group had norma! pulp. The effects of cements on the pulp evolving almost same heat during mixing [reaction); were familiar to each other.
