Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada, süt azılarında gerçekleştirilen glutaral-dehit amputasyon tedavilerinde % 5 - % 3 - % l`lik glutaral-dehit yoğunluk derecelerinin ve polikarboksilat simanı -Çinko oksit Öjenolun etkileri karşılaştırıldı. 60 süt azısı klinik ve radyolojik olarak 4 ay süre ile; 12 süt azısı ise 1 ay sonra çekilerek histolojik olarak değerlendirildi. Klinik ve radyolojik bulgularda anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmadı. Ancak, histolojik incelemelerde glutaraldehitin % 5 yoğunluk derecesinin ve polikarboksilat simanmın pulpada diğer gruplara göre daha az iltihap oluşturduğu gözlendi. ABSTRACT In this study, the effects of glutaraldehyde concentrations, % 5 - %3 - % 1 andpolycarboxylate cement - zinc oxide eugenol were compared. 60 primary molars were evaluated clinically and radiographically for 4 months; and 12 teeth were examined histologically 4 weeks postoperatively. No significant differences were found in clinical and radiologic results. However, in the histologic observations, it was seen that glutaraldehyde at%5 concentration and polycarboxylate cement have caused less inflammation in pulp than the other groups.
