Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada 6-16 yaşları arasında Tip 1 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(insüline bağımlı); diyabetli ve sağlıklı toplam 36 çocuğun tükürük flo-rasındaki mikroorganizmalardan Mutans Streptoptokokla-rı ve Laktobasil sayıları karşılaştınImıştır. Verilerin ista-tiksel analizi diyabetli gruptaki Mutans Steptokoklarmm kontrol grubundan anlamlı olarak daha fazla olduğunu gösterirken insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);, Laktobasil sayıları arasında anlamlı bir fark gözlenmemiştir insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. Bulgular insüline bağımlı diyabetli çocukların diyet kısıtlamalarına uymadıklarını göstermiştir. Statistically analysis of the data indicated that Mutans Streptococci scores of the diabetic group were statistically different from those of the control group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);. No significant differences were found in Lactobacilli scores insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. These findings show that the diabetics do not care about their diet.
