Abstract :ÖZET Bu yazıda bilgisayarların diş hekimliğinde kullanıldığı alanlara, pratikte meydana getirmekte olduğu değişimlere ve bunların sonuçlarına değinilmiştir. Diş hekimliğinin tüm alanlarındaki bilgisayar uygulamaları henüz gelişim devresinde olmakla beraber bunun sağlam temellere dayandırılması gerekli bulunmaktadır. Diş hekimliğinin çeşitli alanlarındaki bilgisayar uygulamaları cihaz ve programlar bakımından modifikasyonlar göstermekle beraber temel prensipleri bakımından farklı bulunmamaktadır. Anahtar sözcük: Diş hekimliğinde bilgisayar. ABSTRACT In this article the effect of computer applications on changing practice environment and its future results have been discussed. Although, computer applications employed in most of the dental specialities are still in development they must be laid on a solid foundation. Computer applications in every field of dental science may vary in hardware components and software, however, the basic principles of the applications are not distinct.
