Abstract :ÖZET Bu çalışmada ağız cerahisinde sert ve yumuşak damak ameliyatlarının post-operatif olarak bazplak ile desteklenmesinin faydaları üzerinde durulmuş bu plakların hazırlanma tekniği anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca pato-histolojik preparatlarda bazplak kullanarak ve kullanmıyarak yapılan ameliyatların histolojik farkları tesbit edilmiştir. Bu şekilde ameliyatı yapılan 54 vak`ada herhangi bir komplikasyona rastlanmamıştır. Plakla desteklenmeden yapılan 5 vak`ada ise post-operatif komplikasyonlar tesbit edilmiş ve bu şekilde tarafımızdan uygulanan bu metodun daha rejeneratif bir karakter taşıdığı kanaatine varılmıştır. SUMMARY In this article, hard and soft palate operations in the Oral Surgery and advantages of supporting by bar plate is described and technique of prepations of this plate is indicated. The histologic differences of the operations carried and by using and not using barplates and histologic section are indicated. In this kind of operations no complication was met in 54 cases, in 5 cases performed without plates post-operative complications was met. In this way it was decided that this kind of method applied has a more regenarative character.
