Abstract :ÖZET Orthodontid e eskiden beri tan ıdığınız sutura platınayı yırtarak üst çeneyi genişletme metodu ile az sayıda ve belirli bazı vak`alar tedavi edilirler. Yazıda bu metod kısaca izah edilmiş ve bir vak`a takdim edilmiştir.   SUMMARY With the disjonction method which is known in orthodontics for a long time; some few and special cases can be treated. Above this method is shortly explained and a case is presented.
