Abstract :ÖZET Son yıllarda yapılan araştırmalarda, iç rezorpsiyonların, eskiden bilinenden daha fazla oranda olduğu anlaşılmıştır. SUMMARY In the recent studies, it has been observed that internal resorbtion ratio is higher than the rate that has been thought previously. Internal resorbtion may occur following chronic pulpitis, trauma, vital pulpotomy treatment with the use of calcium hydroxide and orthodontic treatment. The treatment of internal granuloma is performed according to three techniques. 1. Root canal treatment 2. Recalcification with the use of Calcium Hydroxide 3. Surgical treatment. In this article, surgical treatment of a tooth with internal resorbtion was described. Internal resorbtion and the periapical lesion of maxillary right central incisor was curetted by flap operation from the vestibular side. Then the apical region of the tooth was filled with `Seal-apex` and gutta-percha cone. Internal resorbtion region was sealed with amalgam. The tooth will be observed clinically and radiographically in the determined time intervals.
