Abstract :ÖZET Bu olguda, başka bir dişinde ağrı şikayeti ile kliniğimize başvuran hastanın klinik ve radyografik muayenelerinde sağ üst orta keser diş kökünün orta bölgesinde iç rezorpsiyon görüldü. Uygulanan endodontik tedaviye rağmen fistül ağzının kapanmaması, endodontik cerrahi bir girişimde bulunmamıza neden oldu. Operasyon esnasında, kökucundaki apikal lezyon kürete edildi. Kök kanalı sealapex ve `quttapercha` ile dolduruldu. Hasta 6 şar aylık sürelerle klinik ve radyografik kontrole alındı. SUMMARY In this case, the patient referred to our clinics with pain in his other tooth. The clinical and radiographical examination of the patient showed that there was an internal resorption in his maxillary right central incisor. Though an endodontic treatment was performed, the sinus tract wasn`t closed and the surgical treatment was needed. During surgical operation, the apical lesion in the tooth apex was curetted. Root canal was filled with sealapex and gutta-percha cone. The patient was taken under control clinically and radiographically with the six monthed follow up intervals.
