Abstract :ÖZET Bu yazıda altçene çıkıklarının sınıflaması, nedenleri, konservatif ve cerrahi tedavilerinden bahsedildi. Cerrahi yapılan çeşitli rnetodlara kısaca değinilip, karşılaştırılmaları yapıldı. Bu metodlardan tuberkulum artikulare önüne yerleştirilen transplantatla yapılan extraartikular sürgüleme metodu açıklanıp, postoperativ neticelerine değinildi. SUMMARY This article shows the classifications, methods, treatments involved when the maxillary jointdislocated. The different surgical methods are mentioned, this paper explains its advantages and disadvantages in this field of surgery.
