Abstract :ÖZET 15 yaşında erkek hastada doğuştan var olan ve giderek büyüyen, yanak mukozası ve dişetlerine lokalize lezyonun histolojik incelenmesinde «Wihite spang n&vus» tanısı konuldu. Hastada ailesel özellik saptanmadı. Bu amaçla taranan litratürde benzer olgular bulundu. SUMMARY 15 years old boy, who had white-spongy plauqes on the cheek and gingival mucosa since birth. The lesion grew gradualy and was diagnosed as «White sponge nevuss.` He had no familial history. The review of the literature reveald similar cases to the one reported.
