Abstract :Özet Bu çalışmada 20-35 yaşlarındaki kişilerden ortodontik ve protetik nedenlerle çekilen 20 çürüksüz, 10 çürüğü bulunan toplam 30 adet küçük ve büyük azı dişin dentin tabakasında osteokalsin düzeyleri radioimmunoassaya ile saptanmıştır. Çürük dişlerde osteokalsin düzeyleri, çürüksüz dişlere göre azaldı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. Kadın ve erkekler arasında fark bulunmadı. Çürük ve çürüksüz dişlerde mikrosertlik ölçümleri arasında bir fark bulunmadı. Abstract In this research, osteocalcin levels of dentin were measured by a radioimmunoassay in 20 teeth without caries extracted for orthodontic and prosthetic reasons from 20-35 years old patients and 10 teeth with caries, totally 30 molars and premolars. Osteocalcin levels in tlte teeth with caries slightly decreased compared with the teeth without caries insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05);. There were no differences between females and males. No significant differences were detected in the measurement of microhardness between the teeth with and without caries.
