Abstract :Anahtar Sözcükler: Periapikal granulom, immuglobulin. Histopatolojik olarak apikal granülom varlığı saptanan 12 hastadan, materyaller diş çekimi veya cerrahi yolla elde edildi. Bu doku örnekleri, periapikal lezyonların patogenezinde rol oynadığı düşünülen immünolojik olayları kanıtlayabilecek immunglobulinler yönünden incelendi. Sonuç olarak en fazla IgG daha az olmak üzere IgM saptandı. Key words: Periapical granuloma, immun globulin. From 12 patients who were found to be having apical granulom determined by histopathological analysis, materials were obtained through surgery or tooth extraction. The materials were investigated from the view point of immonglobulins which can prove the immunological incidents considered to be playing role in pathogenesis in periapical lesions. Consequently, in majority IgG ana in lesser extent IgM have been identified.
