Abstract :PERİODONTAL INVESTIGATIONS FOR REMOVABLE OVERDENTURE PROSTHESES IN WHICH RETENTION WAS ACHIEVED BY MOLLOPLAST-B IN PARTIAL ANODONTIA insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(HIPODONTIA); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(A two-year longitudinal study); Anahtar kelimeler: Periodontal indeksler, Molloplast-B, Parsiyel anodonti, dişüstü protez. ÖZET: Bu çalışmada tutuculuğu Molloplast-B ile sağlanmış müteharrik dişüstü protezlerin parsiyel anodonti insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hipodonti); vakalarında uygulanmasının destek diş ve dokular üzerindeki etkileri periodontal indeks ve ölçümlerle araştırılarak açıklanmıştır. Yaptığımız klinik araştırmalarda, vakalara, dişüstü protez uygulanmadan önce ve sonraki belirli periodik kontroller sırasında insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(15 gün, 1 ay. 3 ay, 1 yıl. 2 yıl sonra); çeşitli periodontal indeks ve ölçümler tatbik edilmiştir. 2 yıllık araştırmalarımızın sonucunda, dişüstü protez içerisindeki Molloplast-B maddesinin devamlılığını sürdürdüğü, diş hareketliliği ve bakteri plağı indeks değerlerinin değişmediği, dişeti iltihabı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SBI); indeksi, dişeti cebi derinliği ve yapışık dişeti genişliğinde ise önemli farklılıklar bulunmadığı gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, tutuculuğu Molloplast-B ile sağlanmış dişüstü protez vakalarında ağız hijyenine dikkat edilmesiyle periodontal sorunların çözümlenebileceği ve bu tür protezlerin Parsiyel anodonti vakalarının tedavisinde bir alternatif olarak kullanılabileceği anlaşılmıştır. In this investigation, attempts have been to investigate and explain by periodontal index and measurements the effects seen on abutment teeth and supporting tissues by applying removable overdenture prostheses, whose retention was achieved by Molloplast-B on partial anodontia insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hypodontiaj cases. In our clinical investigations, various periodontal indexes were applied to the patients before and after wearing overdenture prostheses during periodic controls insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(15th day, 1st month, 3rd month, 1st year and 2nd year);. At the end of our 2 years longitudinal investigations, we saw that; the Molloplast-B material in overdenture prostheses made continuity, tooth mobility and plaque retention index values didn`t change, gingival inflamation insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SBI); index, pocket depth and width of the attached gingivae showed insignificant differences. As a result, if oral hygiene might be taken care by the patients and dentists in overdenture prostheses whose retention was achieved by Molloplast-B, it was clear that all kinds of periodontal problems might be solved and these kinds of prostheses migth be considered as an alternative of prosthodontic treatment in partial anodontia.
