Abstract :ÖZET Bu in vitro çalışmada, diş fırçalama işleminin ve iki farklı diş macununun, diş rengindeki restoratif materyallerin yüzey pürüzlülüğüne etkilerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Ketac-Silver insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ESPE);, Vıtremer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(3 M);, Dyract insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Dentsply, DeTrey ); ve Prodigy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Kerr ); ile 60 adet disk hazırlanmıştır. Örneklerin yüzeyleri abrasif disklerle insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( Hawe-Neos ); cilalandıktan sonra, 20 adet örnek, kontrol grupları olarak ayrılmıştır. Geriye kalan örneklerin yüzeyleri, iki farklı diş macunundan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( Colgate Total ve Signal Plus Karbonat); hazırlanmış iki ayrı bulamaç ile insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(25 g diş macunu ve 40 ml su ); elektrikli diş fırçası kullanılarak insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Braun Oral-B Ultra Plaque Remover; D 9525); 1O dakika süreyle fırçatanmışlardır. Yüzey pürüzlülük değerleri Surftest 402 Analzer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Mitutoyo ); ile ölçülmüştür. Çalışmanın verileri, tek yönlü ANOVA ve Kruskall- Wallis testleri ile istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Ketac-Silver ve Vitremer `de, kontrol grupları ile Colgate Total ile fırçalanan gruplar arasında, yüzey pürüzlülüğü açısından anlamlı derecede fark saptanmıştır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p < 0.05);. Dyract`te her iki diş macunu arasında anlamlı farka rastlanılmamıştır. Prodigy`de ise Signal Plus Karbonat ile fırçalanan grupta anlamlı derecede pürüzlü yüzeyler saptanmıştır insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p < 0.05);. Anahtar sözcükler: diş rengindeki restoratif materyaller, diş fırçalama, diş macunu, aşınma ABSTRACT This in vitro study was conducted to investigate the effect of toothbrushing on the roughness of tooth-colored restorative materials. 60 discs insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(10 mm x 2 mm); were prepared with Prodigy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Kerr);, Dyract insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Dentsply, DeTrey);, Vitremer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SM); and Ketac-Silver insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ESPE);. Surfaces of the specimens were polished with abrasive discs insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Hawe-Neos); and 20 of these were used as controls. Surfaces of the rest of the specimens were brushed 10 minutes with electric toothbrush insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Braun Oral-B Ultra Plaque Remover, D 9525); by using a slimy insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(25 g dentifrice in 40 ml water); of Colgate Total in Group 1 and Signal Plus Carbonate in Group 2. Surface roughness values were determined by using Surftest. 402 Analyzer insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Mitutoyo);. One-way AN OVA and Kruskal-Wallis tests were performed for the statistical analysis. Based on the data of the study, it can be concluded; For both Ketac-Silver and Vitremer, significant differences in surface roughness were found between Colgate Total treated and control groups insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p < 0.05);. No statistically significant difference in surface roughness of Dyract was found between two toothpastes. For Prodigy, significantly rougher surfaces were obtained in Signal Plus Carbonate group insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p <0.05);. Key words.
