Abstract :– The essential oils are significant for pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries. Marrubium vulgare L. has been used as a traditional medicine to treat the various illnesses. The chemical composition of the essential oil from leaves of Marrubium vulgare L.was obtained by steam distillation using the Clevenger apparatus. The oil was analyzed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(GC-MS);. The main constituent of the oil was α-pinene insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(28.85%);
