Abstract :In this paper we introduce the notion of r-τsemiopen sets in smooth supra topological space insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(X, τ12); which isinduced from smooth bitopological space insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(X, τ1, τ2); [1]. We showthe present notion of fuzzy semiopen set and the notion of rinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(i, j);fuzzy semiopen in [25] are independent. In addition by using thisnew class of r-τ12-fuzzy semiopen sets we constructed a new typeof supra fuzzy closure operator which create a new smooth supratopological space τSfiner than τ12. Finally, we introduce andstudy different types of fuzzy semi continuity, which are relatedto the constructed closure operator and their induced topologies
