Abstract :In this paper, we first introduce the concept of single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SVNSESs for short); which combines single valued neutrosophic sets and soft expert sets.We also defineits basic operations, namely complement, union, intersection, AND and OR, and study some related properties supporting proofs.This concept is a generalization of fuzzy soft expert sets insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(FSESs); and intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert sets insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(IFSESs);. Finally, an approach for solving MCDM problems is explored by applying the single valued neutrosophic soft expert sets, and an example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed method
