Abstract :ÖZET Crush Sendromu veya travmatik rabdomiyoliz, deprem gibi doğal afetler veya savaş gibi olaylar sonucu felakete uğrayan kişilerde gelişebilen ciddi bir klinik durumdur. Crush Sendromuna eşlik eden en önemli semptomlardan birisi hiperpotasemidir. Böyle hastalar için esas olan derhal IV sıvı replasmanı tedavisine başlanmasıdır. Bu tedavinin akut renal yetmezlik gelişmesini önlemede ve prognoz üzerine olumlu etkileri bilinmektedir. Hemşirelik bakımı da bu hastalar için çok önemlidir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Crush Sendromu, hemşirelik bakımı, ilk yardım   ABSTRACT Crush Syndrome Therapy and Care Crush Syndrome or traumatic rhabdomyolysis is a serious and epidemic clinical case that develops among casualties of earthquakes or other catastrophic events. Hyperpotassaemia is one of the main symptoms that accompanies crush syndrome. It is essential that immediate IV volume replacement treatment be initiated for such patients,which is known to positively affect prognosis and help prevent the development of acute renal failure.
