Abstract :ÖZET       Savaş ve terör tehdidi günümüzde artık tüm ülkelerin meydana gelebilecek saldırılara karşı hazırlıklı olmalarını gerektiren önemli bir konudur. Savaşlar ve terör saldırıları çok sayıda insanın yaşamını tehlikeye atmaktadır. Çağdaş sağlık hizmetleri; toplumsal bir sorun ortaya çıkmadan, ekip çalışması yaklaşımıyla tedbir almayı gerektirmektedir. Sağlık ekibi içinde hemşireler, savaş ve terör olaylarına karşı hazırlıklı olmalı, sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunun etkili ve kesintisiz biçimde sürdürülmesi için hem kişisel hem de profesyonel olarak niteliklerini geliştirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı ülkemizde savaş dönemlerinde hemşirelik hizmetleri uygulamalarını, savaş ve terör olayları sonucu ortaya çıkan sağlık sorunları ve bulaşıcı hastalıkları, hemşirelik hizmetlerinin buna yönelik rol ve sorumluluklarını incelemektir. ABSTRACT The Effects of War and Terrorism to Nursing Services The threat of war and terror is now an important issue that requires all countries to be prepared for an attack that may come to fruition. Wars and terrorist attacks put a lot of people’s life at risk. Contemporary health services; it is necessary to take measures by team approach before a social problem arises. Nurses should be prepared for war and terrorist incidents, and they must develop their qualifications both personally and professionally in order to continue effective and uninterrupted delivery of health services. This compilation examines the implementation of nursing services during the war period in our target country, the health problems and infectious diseases resulting from war and terror events and the roles and responsibilities of nursing services.
