Abstract :Kırıkkale, Cumhuriyet döneminde kurulan şehirlerdendir. Yeni kurulan bu şehirde toplumun şekillenmesinde Kırıkkale Halkevi önemli bir role sahiptir. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’nin yan kuruluşu gibi çalışan bir sivil toplum kurumudur.
