Abstract :29 Ekim, 29 Ekim 1923’te ilân edilen cumhuriyetimizin yıldönümüdür. Millî Mücadele sırasında “Cumhuriyet” fikir ve ideal olarak yaşamış, Cumhuriyete yönelme bir amaç olmuştur. 23 Nisan 1920’de TBMM toplanmış, fakat Cumhuriyetin ilâm Millî Mücadele’nin tamamlanmasından sonraya kalmıştır. 29 Ekim 1923’te ilân edilen Cumhuriyet, kademe kademe içerik bakımından da demokratik nitelik kazanan gelişmeler göstermiştir.
