Abstract :Tarih boyunca tüm eski hukuk sistemlerinde kadınların eş seçme, çalışma, velayet, mirasçılık, boşanmada söz sahibi olma gibi pekçok temel haklarından mahrum bırakıldıklarını görmekteyiz. Bu durum dinî, biyolojik ve esas itibariyle ekonomik nedenlere dayanmaktadır.
