Abstract :Many works have been written as a recommendation for the government to win the war. According to the world of science, Sun Zi’s War Art is regarded as the first of these. There are many points that are similar to the Orkhon inscriptions and War Art texts. These similarities are important in terms of showing the cultural relation between the Turkic Qaγanate and China. This issue will be discussed in the article.
