Abstract :Yenisei inscriptions are large and small inscriptions written in Turkic runic letters on various materials such as obelisks, tombstones, mirrors and metals along the Yenisei River passing through the autonomous regions of Tuva and Khakassia in the Russian Federation, with a total number of around 300 today. The fact that these inscriptions contain different words from the kaganate inscriptions with Turkic runic letters and their dialectological richness have caused differences in the reading and interpretation of the researchers. In this study, reading and interpretation studies on the Hämčik-Čirgaki inscription, known by the abbreviation E 41 among the Yenisei inscriptions, are compared and its vocabulary is brought together. Keywords : Old Turkic, Yenisei inscriptions, Hämčik-Čirgaki, E 41, comparative vocabulary
